Shipping and payment
We deliver the goods to the address specified in the order, from 1-5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) if the stock is in stock. If the goods are not in stock, the buyer will be informed about the delivery time by email. In case of any delay in sending the order, the buyer will be notified in writing. The delivery period needed by the carrier to deliver the goods must be added to our deadline.
The goods are sent by courier or Slovak post on cash on delivery, the delivery time is usually within 3 working days.
In exceptional cases, when some types of goods are not in stock, and are not available even from the manufacturers, the delivery time may be longer. However, the buyer will be notified of these facts by email.

Price of goods, payment terms, shipping and collection of goods
The price of the product is determined by the price list of the a-knihy.sk store. The prices listed in the price list are the final prices including VAT. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. The seller reserves the right to change prices as a result of price changes by manufacturers, importers, etc. The current valid price of the product will always be announced when the order is verified.
If there will be a time-limited discount on specific goods, the seller reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this discount in the event of the goods being sold out or the discount ending. Notification of discount cancellation will be delivered to the email address specified in the order. In this case, the buyer is entitled to cancel the order within 42 hours of sending the notice of cancellation of the discount.
Otherwise, the order remains binding for both parties and the goods will be delivered to the buyer at the original price.
The goods remain the property of the seller until the full payment of the price by the buyer. The buyer makes the payment:
cash on delivery - the total price is paid by the buyer when taking over the parcel to the courier, or by transfer to the account SK44 1100 0000 0029 4912 9512.
When collecting the shipment on cash on delivery, the consumer pays the total price, which includes the price of the goods and transport charges.
Online card payments are made through the Tatrabanka Cardpay system.
When receiving the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check its physical integrity and completeness. If the shipment is visibly damaged and destroyed, the buyer is obliged to immediately contact the seller without taking delivery of the shipment and write a Record of damage to the shipment with the shipping company. Any later claims for quantity and physical damage to the product will not be accepted.
