About the book
In the book, I will show you the holidays and food customs in Croatia in a slightly different way, and for friends from Croatia, the customs in Slovakia, as Easter and Christmas take place during the calendar year.
The text is written in Slovak and at the same time in Croatian. Certainly, our nations will better discover the various interesting aspects of our cuisines in Slovakia and Croatia this way.
I collected the recipes from my mother, Emília Dlouhá born Vörösová (78), who is an excellent cook and taught me. Friends and family here in Croatia, but also from Slovakia, contributed to me.
